Through his experience in a variety of operating roles, he has built a reputation in the IT industry for his exceptional ability to build and grow new business offerings and nurture long-term relationships. Sakthivel carries 15 Years of experience in Distributed Cross-functional Teams, Driving Product Quality, Technology and Solution specifications, Training and Development, Architecture, User Experience and Customer Relations.

Mahendra Prasad has been the brain behind several business initiatives and proved his outstanding abilities in various fields like cladding Glazing, Windows, Consumable Exports and Realtors. His ability to kick-start any business initiative and achieve optimum level is phenomenal. He is responsible for people functions, efficient and effective business operations and other secured and scalable core infrastructures. He has also received several awards and recognitions in the global business community.

Kathiravan has been instrumental in Technology and Product development at MAANTT. A cross-functional organizational leader, he has built and lead large teams towards growth, revenue and innovations. He has close to 12 years of experience in developing enterprise SaaS applications . Holds a Master degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Guindy.
